NewTrent makes the original strap-and-stand iPad case.

The Grabbit is a strap-and-stand design: a case that lets you grab the iPad like a grip and stand it up to work. The design came from a small Dutch design studio in the iPad's earliest days. In 2010 we brought it to the North American market, and we've done the same thing ever since: adapt it to every new iPad, refine the materials, and put it through tougher drop testing.

We don't invent a new product every year. We've spent 17 years making one great design better: real leather hand straps that break in instead of wearing out, aviation-grade alloy kickstands that stay tight year after year, and MIL-STD-810G drop testing. These aren't spec-sheet adjectives; they're what you feel when you hold it, carry it, and drop it.

Today the Grabbit is used from K-12 districts and university campuses to hospitals and clinics to auto dealerships, factory floors, and enterprise IT — anyone who cares about how a device looks and how long it lasts at the same time.
