Where do I find my iPad model number?

Open Settings → General → About, then tap Model Number to reveal the A-number. You can also find it on the back of your iPad.

Can a case for the same screen size fit my iPad?

Screen size is not enough. iPad, iPad Air and iPad Pro have different dimensions and camera layouts. Match the exact model and generation shown on the product page.

How do I install my case?

Confirm the case and iPad model first. Follow the instructions supplied with your exact case. Do not force a corner or opening that does not align.

The case does not seem to fit. What should I do?

Stop before forcing it. Confirm your iPad A-number and the SKU on the packaging, then contact us with both numbers and a description of where the fit differs.

Can I magnetically charge Pencil with Grabbit Air installed?

No. Grabbit for iPad Air covers the magnetic attachment area. Remove the whole case for magnetic attachment, pairing or wireless charging of Apple Pencil Pro. There is no built-in Pencil holder.

A USB-C Apple Pencil pairs and charges by cable. An already-paired compatible Pencil can be used to write with the case installed.

Does every Grabbit include a Pencil holder?

No. Check the details for your exact product. Ask us to confirm the accessories you need before ordering for your team.

What cleaning products can I use?

Contact us with the case SKU and your cleaning requirements. Do not assume a case is waterproof, washable, antimicrobial or compatible with a particular disinfectant.

Can I request a replacement strap or part?

Send us the case model, the part needed and your order details. We’ll check the correct replacement and current availability.
