If you own one of our product and having an issue with product please fill in the information below for us to assist you with your issue. Also if for any reason you decide that New Trent’s product isn’t for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or return it to us within 300 days for an replacement/exchange due to a malfunction.

  •  – our team member will contact you within 24 business hours of RMA submission.
  •  – Do not return any items/products without a RMA authorization.
  •  – The more detail provided, the faster the process (Order number, clear pictures, details of the issue/question)
