Newtrent.com offers 6 months' product replacement warranty and 30 days money back warranty

If for any reason you decide that our battery product isn't for you, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or return it to us within 180 days for an exchange due to a malfunction.  Refunds are for the cost of the product only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. The following is NewTrent's Return/Exchange policy:

1) You must be the customer of newtrent.com, if you buy from other resellers, you are not eligible for our factory warranty program.

2) Please send an email to support@newtrent.com with your order number and order date, and explain the return reason. If the product was not physically damaged but with some malfunction, we will issue a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to you.

3) After receive this RMA number from us, please ship the whole package back to the following address within 7 business days, you need to include all the components. You will be responible for return shipping fee and we will cover replacement shipping fee for USA orders only. We do not cover INTERNATIONAL returns and replacements shipping and handling fee. INTERNALTIONAL clients will be responsible for return and replacement shipping charges.
