New Trent Inc (newtrent.com)started to design and manufacture lithium ion polymer (LIP) battery pack in October 2003. As the demand for smart phone devices and mobile elecornic devices became higher and higher in the global market, the demand for high density battery pack with thinner dimension became higher. LIP batteries also showed its advantage of being safe and more environmentally friendly than other types of batteries. The most of companies decided to choose LIP to power their mobile device.
